Meet Kelsey
Kelsey is certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) techniques and was one of the first physical therapists in the Charlotte area to become certified in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI). She is the first therapist in North Carolina to offer the Therasuit method. These specialized treatment methods use skilled therapeutic handling techniques to improve neuroplasticity and create new pathways in the brain which directly relate to improved postural control and mobility skills. These treatments foster measurable change in children with minor, moderate and significant delays and neurologic involvement. Kelsey is so grateful to be in this specialized field and loves making a huge impact on each child and family she interacts with. She is honored to work with so many hard working and exceptional children to help them maximize their movement skills and empower them to achieve their highest capabilities.
Kelsey was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated summa cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa with a major in interdisciplinary health services and a minor in health care ethics.
